A mandatory buff for Garen

Can't say no if it's mandatory.

needs to be a maximum but i want this

At 20 stacks the VILLAIN will here all garen emotes globally and cum spam will be re enabled.

As much as I love this thread, I'm not going to lie, it's HILARIOUS.

But, since it doesn't really fit the mode of the Gameplay board, I'm going to lock it. That way, people can still see the hilarity. That being said, I recommend Memes & Games or General Discussion if you'd like to repost the conversation as-is. If you want to, say, embellish the thought, and maybe expand on your 'justice stacks' idea, you're also welcome to post it in Concepts & Creations, but ONLY if you can maybe elaborate a little on the mehanics (and maybe toss in some fanart, who knows?)
