Unlocked-Locked screen

Okay so, I play league using locked camera. And rather than having space bar set to centering the screen on your champ, I have it set to unlock and lock the screen. I use the unlocked to look around when need be (Looking for more detailed gank opportunities than the minimap provides) , but mostly play with locked screen as moving the mouse to change the camera gives me a migraine every time I try to get used to it. Is this a good strategy, or should I do my best to get used to always having the camera unlocked?

Now keep in mind, i'm bronze 4. Apparently solo queue with Vlad is a nono.

practice as much as possible using unlocked. you always want to be looking around as much as possible. what you are doing is a bit better than keeping it locked all the time, but it's still not as good as just keeping it unlocked.

I don't get how people play with locked cam, literally the first thing I did when I got into the tutorial was find where the hell was the button to unlock the screen XD
