"Ahri's intended to be a champ that uses superior damage...."

....and mobility to navigate deadly situations if she wants to emerge the victor."

damage? do you not play this champ? she has some of the lowest damage of all the mid laners.

and thanks to your nerf, she now has mediocre control over champions who out-navigate her.

You simply can't claim a champ has high mobility because of ONE ult. Considering charm was her way of keeping other champs off her, now that that has been nerfed, she can't use her ult to engage, without losing ALL of her mobility.

Her mobility pales in comparison to zed and yas who are both picked more often than her, and both have far superior and safer damage.

the nerf you applied has only punishes players who took the time to get good enough with her to predict and stop dashes. Now that it doesn't it is of very little use.

a more logical change would have been to REWARD players with skill, by moving damage from her "auto target" w and putting it on her Q. or E.

By doing this you accomplish your goal, without messing up one of your classifications for this champ.
