Because quite frankyly, his target q seems unbalanced opposed to modern day reworked skills.... I mean....it's practically free damage u can't escape from and if u manage to not take so much damage from it, he always has his stun and other skill that does double damage....just saying....

Yeah, he's BRUTAL early, but as a Pantheon player, you have about fifteen minutes to either end the game or get your team so overwhelmingly far ahead that you can win a 4v5. He's an early-game champion who ACTUALLY falls off (coughLeeSincough), and as frustrating as it can be, I can respect that.
