If you cant end the game in 20 minutes you may as well ff. Because he is million range point and click assassin, and not limited to assassinating squishies. And no matter how overpowered Kog is, he is never that popular. For whatever reason people don't want to play him.
PhantomGG3 votesHe's simply not fun to play, for he is basically the ADC version of nasus without any of the fun. If he reaches a certain point, good job you won, but if you can't you lost. That's simply not fun game play, not to mention all your doing is auto attacking.
Bootleg Gay1 votesHonestly, they only thing that made him fun was when he could reach 5.0 attack speed. Wish they would have taken power from the rest of his kit to support that play style instead of reverting it. Of course, a new rune permits the same thing, for reasons I'm still baffled by.

I would rather Cho's E was nerfed for the second 2 hits so he loses some his ability to brawl, he is so much more capable of that then before they changed his E. Not that he is the best at it but it makes a difference in lane, and he scales really well for someone strong in lane.
When they chage Panth he will probably lose his identity. I would rather have Panth point and click poking me than 
. Gnar is a pos and needs changes for being overloaded, hypermobile and obnoxious. Quinn is a pos whenever shes strong and should be reworked.
