Leblanc snare

Now in all honesty I've got nothing against the magic tether-thing's radius, but the radius to escape to stop the snare is ridiculous, you have about 3 seconds to get out of an insanely mobile champ's snare radius, and if her dupe is out and uses the snare as well, then you might as well have been going against a Morgana,

Is there even a way to balance her snare without ruining the champ?

Though gutting her all over again would do nicely.
