Riot not giving ranked rewards to people who were banned for 7-14 days.

I think it's wrong especially since it was never said prior to the start of the ranked season. Riot doesn't seem to understand that this is only going to hurt the people who are trying to change or who have changed. Because the people who are REALLY toxic are not going to care because they're going to be toxic no matter what. I really feel like this is wrong, people make mistakes all the time. I don't think you should punish those who have come to see what they did wrong and have changed.
