Dude, 2v1s are just better for you. If you know how to farm under tower, they're going to be fighting over minions while your gold income will be solid. Unless it's a lane swap, at that point you have to keep in mind that their top laner is getting shafted too, it's basically a trade off for a safe farm lane

If they weren't cooperating it would be good for me. But as it stands I'm trying to farm under my worthless tower and they are both harassing me and ultimately diving me when they can get a kill and walk away only taking a few shots from the tower that don't even drop them below half health.

Just stand close enough to get minion experience and if you can get a minion safely go for it. If they are constantly harassing you back off to exp range.

If they are pushing the wave, which if they are tower diving you, then they are. You should stay as healthy as possible for when the wave hits your tower you can farm safely because they won't tower dive you at full hp. You will out level them and out stat them in time you have to be patient and not take damage
