I don't see why he has that shield. He doesnt need it. At least make it proc slower

The shield is a needed so he can lane against ranged champs, but is always been a bit overturned on its amount of hp.

hes a different case as hes supposed to be a mid laner so your gonna almost always vs bursty mages and heavy ranged poke, but i think ignite shouldnt proc it ignite should just go right through it

No thats like saying YASUO needs a shield or he cant mid lane at all. I personally hate the champ, but without the shield he would be useless.

I never play Yas at all.... Without the shield he could not lane against a ranged champ. Tha'ts the reason they built it into his kit. Lets him farm and not be whittled down until he is pushed out of lane. I don't like the champ, but he has to have the shield or he is unable to actually farm in lane.
