It came absolutely out of nowhere, cheated out of my hard-worked victory by a troll "smurf" team. I was nothing short of pissed during the end game chat. Especially when my team started begging for honors for "letting them win"

I know it's Normals and I shouldn't give a crap about them, but when I don't play ranked anymore, I have nowhere else to go. I would have gotten out of a losing streak and earned my first win of the day.

It's this kind of thing that makes me want to just stop playing the game, when my own team will steal my victory from me.

-- yeah i play zilean alot , , had a won game , only the nexus was left ,.. no minions from either team were near , .. and the enemy team was aced , with like 23 seconds on the timer .... win the game ? naaa , my team decides to wait for them to all respawn while im pinging attack the nexus , -- then they all suicide in the fountain , trolling thinking its a won game , i die doing half of the hp of the nexus , ... while they come back , take both of our nexus towers , ace us , and ends up winning ... i had a score of 5/2/34 :| ... this has happened 2 times [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Just the other day, we were besieging the enemy nexus when our Jungle Yi and Leona decided they were bored and afk'ed between the turrets. They died, the rest of us got stomped in the following 3v5. We lost the game.

It's because it costed a first win of the day and all of the effort they put in was worthless because of 4 assholes who surrendered just to do it.

If you worked your hardest on a 20 page essay for a class competition, but lost because someone wrote 4 words and the teacher liked it more, wouldn't you feel like you were cheated out?

Happened this to me with a quadra queue troll squad: they fed all game, they left me alone at bot (as a support), then, when i somehow manage to carry them, they surrendered when we were about to win.

Meh.

I mean, my friends and I will actually do this when we stomp the enemy team really hard. Mainly, it's not about the outcome, but about everything along the way. Sure, we KNOW we won, but it's just hella funny to see the enemy team be completely bewildered when they see our nexus explode after their's, and then they get the VICTORY screen.

And it makes it fun for both teams. We get to laugh our asses off about how the enemy team reacts about the outcome, the enemy team is in a good mood from our sportsmanship in giving up the VICTORY screen. And then we ironically shit talk like "GGEZ" or "NICE VICTORY SCREEN GUISE" and stuff like that; funny, cuz it's coming from us, the team who technically LOST.

Either way, be a good sport man. The end outcome isn't what really matters. If you won, then you won, and that's what matters. And if your team troll surrenders at the end of the game, have a laugh with them about it.

I am inclined to disagree. It IS about the outcome as the game sees it. I don't gain nearly as much IP or Champ Mastery for a loss than I do for a win. In the game, it's another loss in a streak. it's another game that doesn't give me a First Win of the Day.

But what pissed me off most of all, is that they did this completely without my knowledge or consent. Playing a game for 35 minutes only for the rest of your team to just surprise me with a surrender right when I scored us the victory.

They blatantly trolled me and wasted my time. Even if I consider this a win, the game doesn't. And the game is what matters to me.

Honestly, 99% of the time when myself and 3 friends do this, it is not to troll our teammate. It is to mess with the enemy team and to help the LOSING ENEMY TEAM with a good attitude and show of funny sportsmanship.

The only time we'd do this to spite the other teammate we have, is if they are toxic and flaming all throughout the game.

I can sympathize with not getting as much IP or Champion Mastery.

As far as humor goes, to each their own. If you are THAT worried about what the endgame screen says (regardless of what actually transpired in game) for a normal game, then perhaps reconsider the reasons why you are playing this game.

The fun is in the journey, not the destination.

They need to remove this feature - where you can FF as the other Nexus is dying and lose. I have some friends that do it in their premade 5s to troll around for fun. However, it's abusive in this case and unfair to the people that want to win. It simply ruins others' experiences in the game and that's not okay, especially when the result should be a victory.

You've got nothing on me bruh. The enemy team surrenders in rank once while i was playing and then out of no where my team surrendered and guess what. Because of the second rule in league that over writes the 1st action like blitz hook ez e we lost even though they /ff first. it was complete bullshit. I even submitted a ticket to riot talking about this and they told me there was nothing they can do.

Ez E -> BC Q is actually an entirely different issue as you have to cast the Ezreal E before the Blitzcrank Q hits Ez. As Ezreal's E cannot be cancelled he is going to get hit by the BC Q while casting his own E but will blink out once the cast time ended despite being grabbed.

People should be automatically kicked from the client and then struck by lightning if they try to queue up for a game in a 4-man premade.

Because every 4-man is a total troll? That's really not okay. Sometimes I like to get with my friends and have fun. 5-man premades don't always work out when all of you work different schedules. If we're doing something wonky and there's a random we let them know what's up before things start, so they can decide if they want in.

Sometimes people suck, but you can't punish everyone who is actually just being good and having fun for it.

Riot really needs to give us the option to opt out of queueing into premade groups for allies so we don't have to deal with this.

Stop this bullshit of spreading around "omg premades are toxic". Me and my pals, have taken a standing to never revealing we are premades, for just that seems to warrant reports nowadays. People, everyone, is toxic. Toxicity is defined by the effect you have on the enemy player. I once severelly offended an enemy Thresh by telling him to "stfu and play". This, was toxic to him, while to me, the countless "get cancer %%%got" aren't toxic at all, it's just people... albeit primitively venting out anger.

Just because YOUR friends are nice doesn't make the rest of the 4-man premades nice. Of course all your 4-man premades are going to seem great WHEN YOU'RE THE ONE IN THE 4-MAN PREMADE.

I used to play normals back when lolnexus would tell you who was premade, and I'll tell you exactly how this works out for SOLO QUEUERS.

The nice people premade with other nice people and douchebags premade with other douchebags. As a solo queuer, when you get stuck in a game with a 4-man premade, you have a 50% chance of getting a bunch of friendly guys who may or may not even talk to you due to skype, and you have another 50% chance of getting douchebags that are going to make you never want to play league again.

I have not touched normal game solo queue in YEARS because of consistent 4-man premade trolling that I was unable to deal with anymore. Dozens of my worst experiences in league were all thanks to 4-man premades ganging up to make my life hell. Ranked doesn't even come close to the bullshit you have to deal with when you're matched with a 4-man premade of douchebags.

I always try to surrender when I know my team is going to win.

Because I know it means the enemy team had a bad game.

And giving them the victory helps them deal with frustrating games.

League isn't about winning, it's about having fun. And when you carry 13/1/17 with support Poppy, you know the enemy team isn't having fun.

I've been on the receiving end of this, and let me tell you, it's probably the most patronizing shit I've seen in this game. I totally agree that this game isn't about winning all the time. You have to find your own purpose in this game.

What you're doing is, "oh, I'm sorry that you've lost. But don't worry, here's a win anyway so your feewings don't get huwrt."

If you want to help bring someone up after what you think is a demoralizing, crushing loss, how about actually making a friendship with them and adding them on your friendlist after the game? Today we fight, tomorrow we fight together.

You might learn that they don't give two shits that support poppy was 13/1/17 and they were having fun all the same.

I can honestly say that my friends and I have done this in a premade, but only because the random was playing terribly, which would have been fine, people have bad games, but he was blaming us and just being a dick. So we carried him, then surrendered. He didn't deserve a win. Not saying you deserved it, was just throwing my random story out there.
