cass can hit 5001 ap with a rune and item setup that gives her the maximum amount of ap possible and then throw in 2 zekes(the 20% ap buff stacks if 2 people use it on eachother)deathcap and rank 3 of her passive. Obviouisly this is unrealistic and a more realistic amount of ap would be somewhere around 3k
on a unrelated note Marksman and Madcs can hit 100% crit chance without a single crit chance item.
