Doesn't seem like 40 is feasible anymore, except 5-6 items late.

The 10% CDR rune, plus Morello's, plus either Hourglass or Banshee's or Lichbane.

Is there someone in particular you're having trouble finding the itemization for?

Evelynn I'm not sure, its like the itemization is there, but your access to it is restricted until later. I'm missing the scaling CDR runes, which did a good job of buffering your needs throughout. Yes, there is a transcendence but then you're missing lvls 1-9 which is probably where you need it more for clearing. Finally getting to 40 is good, probably essential for keeping up with the overall tempo of the battle but then I'm not able to buy an armor item which i sometimes would.

Okay, yeah, I can see that.

If nothing else, Riot is planning on doing a pretty major overhaul of AP itemization, though we don't have an ETA on it just yet. Things may improve by then. Ult Hat takes quite a bit of pressure of her absolutely silly Ult cooldown, too.

Ill try trading the waterwalking for cdr rune. Ive got ms in the dominion tree per takedown. That would at least give me back the choice and return the excess as ap.
