is this reasonable for 2 minute 40 seconds into the game?

It's just sad, laning for immobile champions isnt a think anymore. We have to farm, wait and spend gold to use items slots for items to fight against mobile champs. Something they get for free.

too much damage from runes and ignite

but i have to say you did something weird instead of letting the wave crush under your tower you went to attack half hp casters for no reasons at all

which made lb able to come into range for Q+W

Saibbo8/12/2018, 6:58:57 PM32 votes

No dude you were at 95% HP, that's already too low to survive at one all in at the min 3

Sometimes i really do wonder, why people in the forum never understand the point OP is trying to get across. OP is not asking you if Leblanc outplayed her or not, rather if that sort of damage is justifiable 2:40minutes into the game, considering how much mobility she has.

Now would you please opine on the matter in hand instead of analysing his gameplay that is irrelevant to his purpose of making the post in the first place.

Electrocute looked like it did the same damage as a Q+W LUL

Bonipherus8/12/2018, 8:47:03 PM25 votes

mobile champs don't pay enough for their mobility

Andrey03458/12/2018, 5:05:38 PM22 votes

A burst mage with ignite and electrocute ran you over in the open field having all 3 abilities hit you.

I mean, I agree damage is too high, but I kinda see why it happened, at least when you were still lvl 2. Meanwhile what made me sad is yours dmg to her and that W hitbox which clearly shouldn't have hit you.

As a mid laner, I tilt against Leblanc. She is very broken :)

I'd like to take a minute to talk about that 7ms

aezens8/13/2018, 12:30:58 AM15 votes

Clearly a missplay from Swain here. Shouldn´t have left the spawn.

Rock MD8/12/2018, 7:54:51 PM14 votes

LeBlanc has always had level 3/level 4 kill pressure. This has never NOT been a thing. The fact you walked up into a giant minion wave with

-no defensive stats -a level disadvantage. Why the hell would you walk up to a level 3 assassin with a huge wave while you're 2 with no wave? -improper skill order to exert pressure on the lane

Makes it 10x worse.

tl;dr, this is LeBlanc being the same champion she's been for years and you blaming damage creep for your game knowledge errors.

D2Vincent8/12/2018, 9:14:37 PM11 votes

like, I get the fact that it was a bit of a mistake on Swain's part the fact that he was out of position which allowed LB to combo off for the kill. However I think what the argument SHOULD be is that a single early game mistake should NOT equal a kill this early. Yes, with this mistake, the Swain should lose the trade, but I would argue that the trade this early should not grant an automatic kill. It's just right now that with the nature of both ignite and electrocute, it favors burst damage much more right now, so I'm interested what the nerfs/changes to Electrocute will mean. It will make early burst less powerful, but DoT/DPS champs will get a small bump, which is something I suppose

Lol he didn't even get poked too hard before the engagement.

BestPudgeNA8/12/2018, 7:09:32 PM9 votes

Yes, this is perfectly reasonable. You walked forward into a big minion wave against an assassin that has all her cooldowns and a level advantage on you when she did an extremely telegraphed all in and hit ever ability+Ignited you. Despite this you still could've traded kills if you hit your nevermove and used your passive to pull her under turret. Hell if you were really good at the game you could've flashed the chains and pulled her under tower and got first blood yourself and lived.

You were outplayed both mechanically and in terms of brain usage.

Moon Mom8/12/2018, 5:18:09 PM9 votes

I mean if you look at your waves position vs hers it's just bad positioning. You knew she was about to have a level advantage and walked forward during a spike. Leblanc's counter is to either stand away from her (force decision between waveclear and harass) or tank her damage by building a drop of MR, rendering her useless. She's a kill lane with a binary pattern. Q> pop q with W > Chain, retreat to initial W.

This was played well by the Leblanc because she understood you were on cooldown and abused it.

Disgusting. I would feel so ashamed, if I were responsible for this kind of things in my own game. And even worse, if I had allowed this kind of things for 8 months or more.

Thefrostyviking8/12/2018, 5:34:38 PM6 votes

Sorry to say this but this is LB in a nutshell, this is what people asked to have back when it was reworked.

She is a lanebully and i am fairly sure there isnt anyone who can beef with her, everyone just straight up dies if she has ignite.

xJLx MCHammer8/12/2018, 10:13:18 PM6 votes

This is the problem with most immobile champs

You gotta play like a p****** all game. The second you see an enemy, you have to be like a full screen away. They can literally burst you with from 70-80% of your HP despite using abilities to reach you. It's NUTS

Marcshark8/13/2018, 1:05:22 AM6 votes

Didn't respect the creep equilibrium didn't respect the level 3 didn't respect the ignite. Didn't flash the chain or anything and died and comes to the boards to complain. I mean there's plenty wrong with this game but your misplays aren't one of them. And this is coming from someone who felt the game was so bad they quit.

Dude, if your health is at 100, you have to recall.

Welcome to Season 8, wooosh!

its like they forgot why they reworked leblanc in the first place.
