First, I want to say that I've really been looking forward to a new skin for Rakan since his release
(Cosmic Dawn's head just doesn't do it for me).
However, Rakan just isn't sexy in this one either.
I know it's WIP, but right now he looks like the elf king Thranduil.
Maybe that would be ok if the cape had a little something and the colour of the hearts on the outfit (both outfits tbh) need a colour consistency pass.

From what we've seen in the teaser:
the player's eye, once again, gets pulled to the head and stays there.
Compare that to his base skin where there's a flow from the head, down the cape, then it loops back up to the head again.
A flow is aesthetically pleasing, and Rakan wants people to look at the cape.

In addition, I like that the skins team nods to the pair matching through the half-colour hearts, but perhaps those two hearts should instead be smaller and a solid matching colour, while the nod comes from a feather of the pair being given to one another like in the base:
- for Rakan switch the white to the rasin/eggplant shade on the feathers Xayah is holding
- for Xayah accessory at her right shoulder or just above her right breast would look nice.
I will add a paint mockup of the adjustments I mean later today.
