Why not give IE the Deathcap treatment
If riot is willing to take away its base crit percentage and make it build out of double BF swords, instead of messing with critical strikes, why not make it give you %bonus AD?

Vid the Strange2 votesIt's not supposed to be an assassin item, though. Doing this would just make it an assassin item since ADCs don't even get AD from half their items.
