Why can't we mute people in champ select?

Especially with how long champ select can take now, sometimes it's immediately obvious that you don't want to hear anything a specific person as to say. With the roles assigned to you and pick intent, there's enough information to go off of if a person is muted, so I think it would be a good idea. It would also let me ignore the people who immediately demand I play a tank support.

Related but not really: I really think mutes should carry on for the post game lobby. If I don't want to hear anything a person has to say during a game, I really don't want to listen to them afterwards.

If you add a person to your block list it'll mute them in the lobbies as well. It was broken recently and not sure if they fixed it, but it's an intended function of Blocking.
