@meddler buff vlads cds late game already......and fix the bugs.........................

Like really, I have 45% cd and am struggling with my cd at 40 minutes in with full build while trying to not be one hit by melee champions who have infinite heal with lifesteal.....and Vlad a lifesteal champ, can't life steal. Like i'm being hit 1k damage late game by melee champions and other mages who don't have shitty cd systems, all the while I'm hoping my q can cd before I get destroyed(it never happens ffs). You can't give Vlad bad cds all the way to the end of the damn game, then make his autos useless and expect to be able to do anything past early game(which his sucks btw). It's bad enough i'm not doing any damage, ryais was nerfed, my movement speed is crap, etc, bloodly, etc, I don't think he needs to have late game cd problems, while everyone else is destroying.

Then he has several bugs, one of his stops his auto attacks after he uses Q, ughhh.

What are you building on him? His Q and E damage should be rather high, even if you can't spam them.

Also, vladimir needs a decent ammount of movement speed to compensate his cool downs. A good vlad will dance around enemies and in/out of the front line based on whether he has any cds up. It's why rylai's is so useful on him. It lets you back off or chase when waiting for cool downs.
