Really?. Time in a bottle. XP. really? that doesn't add anything to the gameplay. the only use of it if one of your team mates is afk and he suddenly wanted to play again. the opposing team will level up almost as fast as the ally you're leveling up its not even worth wasting that click honestly.
Mister Mackey1 votesIf you and your opponent stay in lane the same amount of time it's useful. If you are behind 1 backing it helps, if you are ahead 1 backing it helps keep your lead.
If you're pushing the lane right before lvl6, guess what you hit lvl6 way before the enemy, while if you're getting pushed to your turret the passive ensures you and your opponent will hit lvl6 at about the same time (fucking huge!!!! Like seriously don't call this worthless)
It also helps to lvl your jg right after a gank and keeping your average team level up (new minions pushing harder based on average team level sounds like synergy to me).
While you can't seem to capitalize on the few moments of being lvl6 before your opponent doesn't make it useless, since getting to 6 first is a fucking huge advantage to some champions.
