The New Champ Select is Awesome for Solo Que!

That's what I've been arguing for the past couple days. I really love how you don't have to be stuck with a role you can't play just because you're last pick, or you don't have to hurry and spam "MID" as soon as you load in. It's much more organized. I haven't had a problem with the wait times personally, but I've seen people with stupidly high wait times so that's not what I'm talking about.

That being said?

This is cancer for duo queues. I can't even play with my friend anymore. We like to go bot and we synergize super well with each other, almost always getting fed. He queues as ADC first and I queue as Support first. After around 10 or 11 times of not getting support, I said something in the chat only to realize the people who had been getting support didn't want it either! That was their second pick. The only explanation for this is that because my second pick was mid, and nobody wanted mid in that minute, it made me go mid. I'm fine with going mid every now and then, but the rare times I do get support my friend doesn't get ADC! How do we lane together? I tried to go support/ADC and had him go ADC/support to try to outsmart the system, but it won't let you do that. We then started to do ADC/Jungle and Support/Mid, because jungle/mid is the next best thing, but I just get mid and he just gets ADC.

I guess we can just do blind pick, but how are we supposed to do ranked? I can win games as mid but I'm best as support and he';s best as ADC. In a ranked game I want to play my best so I have the most chance to win. Plus, it's less fun supporting a random person who doesn't share my playstyle.

Riot, please add some sort of duo queue option, or let two people take two roles (ADC/Support and Support/ADC for example.)
