Please stay out of beginner bots....

It's so frustrating trying to teach my friend how to play this game because the "tutorial" couldn't teach a cow how to take a dump. But everytime I try to load a game some hick who's on a losing streak needs to wreck beginner bots to feel good about himself. The Yasuo actually had the nerve to ping my friend, a level 4 player, off of the Annie bot so he could kill her for the 17th time. This dude has almost 100k mastery points on Yasuo! Get the hell out of the AI games.

The only people in AI games should be new people and people teaching those new people. If you want to get a pentakill that badly but don't want to actually earn it, that's what customs are for. And if you just want to troll around on an off meta build, then at least do INTERMEDIATE bots. New players just cannot learn the game when you steamroll your lane 7 minutes in and just roam to every other lane, killing everybody's lane opponents and telling them to stay away and not fight anyone. And it sucks when the game ends 15-20 minutes in because they've destroyed all their towers and the inhib.

Lel the amount of salt some people have. I appreciate the posts that say things like "first win of they day." I personally disagree and think you can do intermediate bots for that. But it's an actual legit answer, so thanks for the feedback. To the 1-2 people going through and downvoting all my posts... lmao sorry that I triggered you you guys can stay in beginner bots if you really need to I understand

I personally use beginner bots to get a first win of the day but I do keep a few rules in place.

  1. I play blitzcrank and try to give my lane as much kills as possible, making my fellow laners enjoy having a fed champion.
  2. I build support items unless everybody is losing
  3. I help my teammates out with advice.

Your logic:

Omg you can't play beginner bots the way you want to, go play customs instead!

Non-business major logic:

Instead of trying to determine how everyone else plays, and try to make them play customs, why don't you instead control what you can and go play customs to teach your friend? Two options here: play bots and bitch about how other people play for no reason or play customs and teach your friend with no enemy influence. You tell me which one makes more sense.

This is a very reasonable request. There is one thing though, players practicing CSing often use beginner bots to practice their CS skills while being harassed. However, that is no excuse for a vet player to be harassing new players. Hopefully that player got reported and won't be playing LOL much longer. I can't imagine them playing LOL much longer if they behave that way in beginner bots, can you imagine the flaming they do in a ranked game they lose?

Some people do it as a way to easily farm the IP from first win of the day. One of my friends would log in every morning, play a bot game (finish it in 15 min) and then go to work everyday, when I ash her why she reply that she wasn't sure if she was playign league after work and that was the easiest way to get the IP.

I play bots after I take my sleeping meds and go 43/3 and everyone's like OH MAH GAWD OPOP and I feel like Jesus. The end.

Everyone has bad days. I personally go into bots to relax and to warm up my computer.

I'm sorry that in ONE game this happened, but the mode is there and available to play, FOR EVERYONE.

Deal with it. [slayer-jinx-catface]

your friend should learn a valuable lesson from this - you might have your own ideas about how players should play, but people are going to do whatever the hell they want in this game. its best to get used to the idea. tbh if you are getting all upset because someone steamrolled your bots game i dont think this is the game for you at all.

People do this for several reasons. To get the 1st win of the day bonus. To get through a chat restriction or low priority, and other games played penalties on their accounts quickly.

Not saying I agree with some of the behavior some of these players exhibit. Just giving you some insight on why level 30 players might play beginner bots.
