Lee Sin always rocks a high play rate, regardless of his winrate. Your use of statistics is misleading and imply that Lee Sin is being played because he's good and not rather because he's just incredibly fun.

Jarvan, on the other hand, has a 51-52% winrate depending on your source (not 50% like you low-balled it to be) and only has such a high play rate because he's good, and not because of a dedicated playerbase. No to mention that high of a playrate is dragging down his winrate, and you cant make that argument against Lee because most of his playerbase averages a pretty damn number of games of experience on him.
