Tips for Lux support?
I've been playing a bit of Lux lately, but I'm having some trouble being useful as her. Mostly in the early game, I run out of mana so quickly trying to poke! I end up oom and just autoing to try and proc spellthiefs

Just dont
Go with coin and build as AP caster otherwise your lux would become useless late game. Coin will reduce the necessity to be overly aggressive on the lane. This way you will try to exploit opponents mistakes rather than wasting mana.
The best tip for Lux support is to not play Lux support. Or Lux at all, for that matter. She is really fucking bad.

She is good support if u know how to play her lol
rush
I play an immense amount of Lux support, and the best advice I can give you is during the laning phase, try to only use your poke once about every 15 seconds. I highly recommend taking Mana Flow Band despite the nerf to it. Building up some extra mana when you hit somebody is still good in the laning phase. on the plus side, if you end up having an extended laning phase, the mana regen from the rune is exceptional. On your first back, you should buy a Dark Seal for the extra 100 MP, then get Mana crystal with getting your upgraded spelltheifs when you can. You'll have plenty of mana throughout the game when you get Lost Chapter into Luden's.
