Please revert Brand to what he used to be

You know, one of the most jaw-dropping reworks riot implemented was definitely Brand.

He was strong before the rework and had health melting kit.

Then riot thought while scratching their balls "hey, you know what we need, to make brand melt health AND have a stack that jumps onto everyone that melts HEALTH EVEN MORE".

When Riot's boss heard this, he awoke himself from the pool of drool and replied "YESH! That is what Brand needs! He is not overpowered enough and we require him to do even MORE!"

I find Brand is impossible to balance out because his kit is impossible to build against. No amount of health nor magic resist will help you.

The real issue is the damage outcome of his early level Ultimate. It is too much and hard to gear against.

What? Brand is useless.

Just pick any tank or bruiser with a item 3065 or even item 3155 , proceed to take zero damage, jump on him and destroy him.

The old brand did MUCH more damage. The current brand is only good in team fights where players don't keep distance.

brand before his rework did a lot more damage, he had less components (no passive burst) but his W and his E were real nukes, you could legit oneshot an adc with E-W combo, scrap the Q stun even or the passive burst from now.

Brand is easily countered because his main Counter is mobility which is very high in the meta right now, pick champs like zed or fizz or anything that outranges him like a xerath vel and lux and he is nill and nothing vs you, because his Primary damage Comes from his Q and W which are both easy to dodge skillshots and his R which is ineffective if you are isolated.
