I can't find the value of Shield battery for the new 
. Does anyone know what the shield value, charge rate, and charge rate via executing? All they say on the patch notes is:

Not 100% sure on the starting amount, but you get the idea. It's a pretty nice buff, much better than the movement speed buff for certain.

LoveL1 votesIt tells you the amount it blocks on the item tooltip in game. I just glanced over it while playing, that's why I'm not sure of the starting amount. Too much to think about to do the math at the time. I think I was wrong and it's 250 + 5 per level, so even better.
It usually upgraded around the time you left laning stage so the charge rate was pretty much always fast enough so that it was up when I'd take damage, but never recharge during combat obviously. Executing minions to recharge it seems like a very fringe benefit.
If I had something to complain about with the item it's that it does nothing for the phase which tanks supports got trouble (laning), but it's a pretty amazing buff for later in the game.
