There is too much nerfing going on.

So many champs, including the random ones who get them for no reason, get repeatedly nerfed for bad reasons that don't apply to other champs with similar "problems".

So instead of having many champs who are allowed to be strong and just letting them all duke it out, we have this forced state where some champs are allowed to overshadow everything else.

If Riot really wanted more champs to be viable they should stop randomly nerfing champs just because people don't want to outplay/out pick them, aka promoting in depth thinking and gameplay.

I think the system needs a complete overhaul. Honestly, champions have so much anymore, it makes the game a little boring. They need to decide on a "pool" of skills: Mobility, sustained damage, burst damage, tankyness, escape mechanics, crowd control - single/multiple, range, ... and make sure champions don't spill into too many categories. Make team comps more interesting again and help slow down all this "meta" junk.

At worlds, there was more different champions this year played than any other worlds. Also people are sheep, so they'll play whoever a pro player plays. For example Faker picking Olaf mid, then out of nowhere everyone wants to play Olaf mid. Now I'm seeing AD Kennon show up bot lane cause of the matches today.......

This game has 120+ champions, this is IMPOSSIBLE 100% to balance out unless you want to give them all the same skill, or same damage output on every skill, same base stats giving no variety what so ever. You can't balance 120+ champions and expect 1 to be able to compete against all the others cause some got counters, some got soft counters. I'd understand if it were only 8 champions or so, but giving this many, you just simply can't do it.

Nerfs are more so bad than good, especially reworks aka Morde. They just need to start buffing the champions who need updates like Galio who's not too bad, and Yorick and whoever else you can think of.
