Is urgot gonna be AD ryze now?

Cuz that's what it looks like the balance team is shifting him towards with his new shield scaling, and he needs to build loads of mana by default. I mean i wouldn't mind if they made him scale this way, he does seem like he'd be a comparable AD alter-ego to ryze.

Urgot always built a ton of mana. Muramana->FrozenHeart/Iceborn is the standard build, and has a ton of mana in it. Really, it was just a way for them to buff his shield while telling players that they were building him the way Riot intended.
