Camille doe not have a fail safe press R to get back all of your health ability.

She might have potential to heal 90% of her health but only if enemies literally all pile up together in the outer targeted area of her W.

For those who do not understand she is not Tank ekko.

I would hardly consider he to be having the same issues as tank ekko who pressed R and would go back to the health he had 4 seconds before without fail or landing any kind of skill.

The only thing I feel is a bit to strong is the 4 second duration of her ult at all ranks. Having it be 3 seconds at all ranks or scaling 2.5/3.25/4 would likely be better but I am not the one who makes balance decisions.

Instead she has a fail safe where she can press a 5 second CD E to cover a massive distance to escape, over a wall no less.

Plus people didn't hate tank Ekko just because of his ult. Along with Tank Fizz and Tank Yasuo, they are hated because they go full tank and still deal more damage than everyone else in the game while being pretty much unkillable. Tank Ekko is just the universal term because he was the first one to do it in S6 and it started a trend where people realized that TF > tank is WAY too strong.

more damage than everyone else in the game

Well that was never the case. They just dealt more damage than they should given how tanky they were.

It was, and it still is the case. In an average even game (aka not one sided stomps) tanks and fighters will deal as much, and sometimes even more damage than carries even if they only have 1 damaging item. Being tanky means you live for way longer than a carry, which naturally allows you to output more damage, and a lot of fighter champs have either good initial burst or good DPS, so take Ekko for example, his base damages were absurd he was played as a tank whenver possible since his release, he had insane burst with 0 AP and was basically unkillable thanks to tank items+his own ult, and he could easily reach top damage in the game. So with Camille, same thing will happen, she has crazy damage with just TF and very low CDs with some bonus CDR (TF already gives 20%), and unlike Ekko her mana costs are nonexistent too. Just wait till people figure it out and she will have to be gutted hard (she already got nerfed even).

Camille is meant to be a dive fighter. She is MEANT to build item 3078 item 3748 item 3742 item 3065 item 1001. Ekko was MEANT to be an assassin. He was never meant to be a tank that still functioned as an assassin.

Dive fighters are simply fighters with an assassination pattern. Aatrox Vi Nocturne LeeSin theyre MEANT to go in, burst you out, and then walk/mobility away.

TF-> tank was enabled by Fervor.

Ice-borne+Sunfire was enabled by Grasp.

Both were hit hard, and now TF-> Tank is not too strong on champions not intended to be tanky and still deal damage.

Keystones are the majority of what causes balance issues in this game now. Notice how Warlord's+Runaan's is the current issue.

That's not how ekko's ult worked though.

She's closer to release Irelia after people stopped playing her as an assassin.

Which is what Riot seemed to have as the intended goals.

Not saying she is in a perfect state but she does have pros and cons.

Surprised people haven't just started playing Jax against her.

He eats through her even with the passive. He outscales her insanely hard, and can trade fairly well vs her early unlike in most match-ups. His ult buffering combo in lane almost completely bypasses her passive too.

+1 Camille has some pretty good counterpicks who just do well against her. Renekton is another champion, as is lee sin. If people want to claim "items are counterplay" and "yasuo is okay because hes a counterpick" then camille is nearly balanced as-is.

See the biggest issue I have with some overloaded champions is that they have a get in, get out kind of play style while still delivering tons of burst for almost free. Some examples are Riven Ekko obviously because they are really hard to lock down.

"tons of burst" Camille needs at least 3 seconds to do her burst. Q. 2 seconds. Q. thats at least 3, and even then her burst is pretty reliant on the enemy being unable to fight back or heal up.

If camille plays an assassin and jumps on you 1v1, if you can, just recover HP somehow and youl be fine. She has a small window of invulnrability with her E stun, but thats it really. shes extremely touchable, which is VERY good. Shes nothing like ekko and shes nothing like zed.

Her assassin playstyle is still pretty punishable when it translates into team fights where as Ekko still has a lot of safety in his kit when he initiates with his E+Q combo as he can just ult away once his target is down or run away with the extra movement speed. Of course he can be CC'd and killed but there's no denying that this is a very carefree play style for an assassin that Ekko has.

I'm glad Camille only has one real form of an escape because those types of champions with only one ability to initiate with or escape with ends up having to make decisions on how they use it.

A champion with free armor shield, magic shield, attack speed boost, movespeed boost, auto reset, true damage, AOE nuke, ranged slow, healing, extreme mobility, wall jumping, AOE stun, on hit damage boost, gap closer, J4 ult with zero counterplay is balanced kappa

Irelia Bot1 votes

You could do a list like this for a large part of the champs in the game.

I have no idea of wtf you're talking about when yuo say camille can potentially heal 90% of her hp

The massive fucking gap closer that is also HARD cc and on a relatively short cd might be a bit much.
