There are graphical glitches in the game. The enemy vision indicator remaining on a player even after the effect wears off is one. Another is Nunu's snowballs remaining visible long after he used the ability.

That's what I thought too, but it doesn't explain how I had 2-4 people waiting to ambush me around a given corner the entire game. Our Ezreal had one on him too, and the same thing seemed to be happening to him.
