and champs with generally aggravating quotes the opposition can hear upon death: 
doesn't it seem like riot is counteracting their own goal?

An excuse for what? I don't say anything in chat except "gg" and like "ward location here"
My frustration with these guys I verbally let out irl into a pillow so I'm not too noisy and don't break rules, over the past few weeks, I noticed many people verbally attacking those who use these champs, saying, "kys", "f***ing noob" etc.
