Fizz and his E
Was it a planned mechanic to have Fizz bombard 90% of mid AP and easily escape with an E?
IN what world by jumping into the air you become invulnerable?
Just a simple explanation will suffice.
Fizz has always dominated. He is the type of champion who is either moderately good or impossibly broken (like he is currently).
His free Kayle ult on 6 second cooldown should be reworked.
