Bard's Chime Spawn Time
Previously with Bard, I would place W at Red, Blue, & Mid while gathering my 3 chimes that spawn before jungle camps spawn at 1:55 so I'd have near full mana and a little bit of XP up to make up for a roam later. With the faster initial minion spawn time, it's considerably less time for all of that, especially if a chime spawns behind where I'm going. Additionally, the 3rd chime now spawns when jungle camps do, so I can either pick it up or potentially miss leashing for my jungler. That 3rd chime is really important, because it not only allows me to help out jungle again early if I have to, but also, once I hit 5 chimes, meeps gain their slow. That first slow is very valuable to Bard, as the slow/poke (ha) is what makes him somewhat of an early threat and not just a med-pack dispenser with a situational stun. Long story short, Riot should at least look into making Chimes initial spawn earlier to accommodate for a faster game start.
