Bard's E and Poppy's E... WHY?
Recently played a game as Bard vs an enemy Support Poppy. We both figured out really quickly that because anyone who goes through Bard's E is still targetable, Poppy can dash to you INSIDE TERRAIN, but she stops at the terrain and of course it still hits.
It works the same with Vaynes condemn, which is understandable because it is a projectile and can be shot over walls, but WHY IN THE WORLD DOES IT WORK FOR POPPY?
