Just some champs I play I wish had better Jungle clears
if his passive wasn't interrupted by jungle camps at lvl 1 he'd be ok at his clear
if his passive procced from jungle camps he could clear on time
if his passive was sustained by jungle camps he could survive and clear on time
Some knee jerk reactions are probably that this would make their clears too good, but the best junglers right now are already like this, I don't think a lot needs to happen to make most champs better or good at jungling, a few tweaks here and there, they can clear the jungle and do something in lane.
Previously when the whole jungle was easy to clear you could role as anyone, BUT because it was a blanket nerf it really highlighted those who already had good clears before. I don't think there should be any blanket changes to the jungle in the future, only tweaking champ clear speeds through their kit in minor ways.
Please add your own minor tweaks to champs to get them good clears if they're under performing in that sense! I'd like to see what people come up with :)
