If she is a pure ad and not a crit based ADC then maybe I'll give her a chance.
If she is pure AD champion I'm scared of this item...

I'd rather have her build 
which will delay her late game than having her burst with 1 item, hopefully her Mana cost are extremely high which should force her to build

I'm about 80% sure she'll just go standard Crit Build + Essence Reaver (if her abilities are good enough), though. Gets her the AS and the AD upgrades, and I can't see that W upgrade being worth going AP for.
