Zed is too strong

When a champion is nearly pick/ban almost every single game its a rather clear indicator said champion is OP/too strong.

I am well aware of hourglass, but im also aware that hourglass is a rather expensive item. In the time it takes to get hourglass, Zed probably will be too far ahead regardless, and he will just combo down your non-hourglass teammates.

Zed has some fundamental issues. He is too strong/safe in lane, and he is WAY too safe when he goes to combo someone.

Something has to give. Zed is supposed to be an assassin, and assassins are SUPPOSED to have some form of risk. Zed either needs less safety in lane, or less safety in skirmishes/teamfights.
