So. Leavebuster. Can't you detect internet crashing? Can't you detect a computer shutting off?

Computer crashes for the first time and I reconnect and I get a 10 minute wait time to join a game even though we won and I did good. Why do you do this if you want people to play your addicting but shtty and unbalanced game? I understand why I've seen so many longtime players quit lately. I get to waste 50 minutes staring at a timer because my computer crashes once and did not negatively impact my game at all. My team was alright with it (not like it was my choice), we still won in a reasonable amount of time, and I did well. There was no reason to punish at all except to aggravate.

After waiting 10 minutes to get into queue, I get a bugsplat and have to reinstall League. Thanks for telling me, Riot! Not like you let me open the launcher and play when my computer crashed and didn't have any problems, but when I wait 10 bullsht minutes, then I get to bugsplat. THEN when I get in game it says I need to reinstall on the patcher even though I was just on it perfectly fine. Now I'll probably get punished for Riot's lack of responsibility on the matter.
