Honestly it was stupid the first time those 2 items stacked and its stupid now.

Remove again pls, you should either have the safety of or the 500 damage crits at 2 items from , not both without sacrificing anything for the "gimmick" because they give the best stats for adcs anyway. ty

500 Damage crits? lolwut? 160 magic damage 120 magic damage

Even if shiv crits that only brings it 400. If youre getting hit for 500 on a double proc they must be running Mpen runes or something because its going to be reduced by at least 50%.

No, the problem isnt energized. Energized is actually very balanced. The problem is IE and double multiplicative scaling.
