Evelynn's W Passive - can we have it back?

I've been trying to get used to her CDR one, but that passive doesn't really fit the skill when it already has a reset for assist/kill, so it feels not nearly as useful. The only time I have use of it is when I am being chased, and am spamming Q to get it off CD as fast as possible; but in that case, the old passive was better anyway since I wouldn't have to activate it again, the passive speed boost helped me get away on its own. I guess my biggest reason for disliking it is that you can no longer use the passive unless you're already on the run, since it gives you nothing when W is ready to use.

Eve is in a pretty good spot otherwise, it's just that this change was never really discussed, and nobody ever asked for it. If it was intended as a nerf, the patch notes made it look like a buff, intended to help players, but it really hasn't.

What are everyone else's thoughts on this change?

Apparently the 10 additional damage on her Q was better for her based on win rates.

personally i think she needs a rework but she's seeing alot of competitive play so she cant get buffed much

After GD is done whining about LeBlanc and ruins her, Eve will take her spot again as the most-complained about champion. She has hyper mobility that GD just loves, along with a very strong kit otherwise that can build super tanky and is guaranteed to chunk a team for a huge portion of their hp regardless of how badly she's doing.
She's extremely strong, and not just in jungle - she's a beast of a laner if people figure her out, capable of massive burst and sustained damage, and has the most diverse build path of the entire champion roster, and this is before adding her stealth into the mix. It's just a matter of time before people catch on, and it probably won't take long after LB is ruined.

My two favorite champs can't ever catch a break :\

Eve is a different story, I feel kinda bad for her, but yea.

Why? For at least half the time I've played eve, just merely picking her gets you reported and banned. I lost my first account because I mained Evelynn when she lost her stun and literally every time I picked her, my entire team would proceed to troll and lose on purpose and blame it on me.

Who got in trouble for my teammates ruining all my matches? Me.

I feel bad for her because the people who came to play eve got to play instead of a stealthy assasin, a tanky sorta-bruiser with some stealth I guess >.>

Just to spite people that you mentioned, I specifically stay on teams with: Yorick Evelynn Elise Irelia Sona Tristana and Urgot

I've done really well with Evelynn, I've barely played her, definitely 15 or less games, and I've hit level 4 with her about my 9th or 10th game or something like that, he's a great assassin and teamfighter but the only thing I don't like is that with pink wards you can counter her 100%.
