These Veigar Changes
I was looking through the veigar changes on PBE and there's one thing that I'm wondering about. Why does he still get his infinite scaling? Now would seem like a good time to cap such a mechanic for both him and nasus. I'm also surprised riot didn't look into doing something with his ult because punishing AP mids for building mana isn't what I'd like to call engaging counterplay.
