I want to play Ranked games against people in my elo

I don't want to be playing anyone above or below me. I know if I see an elo below me on my team i insta lose. I also know if I see an elo above me on my team I insta lose. I don't care about playing against higher elo, but my teams can't. They can't. Bronze vs Bronze, SIlver vs Silver, Gold vs Gold. It's not fucking complicated. I don't want to have my bronze adc vs a platinum adc player. I don't.
