Ignite and Exhaust durations should be displayed above the Health Bar

They are almost like status effects, really powerful one's in fact. It would be pretty neat to see the durations displayed above your Health Bar instead of having to look at the small mini icon above your HUD to see if that last tick of Ignite will kill you or not.

its a debuff not a crowd control disable.

It would still be useful to see it receive some sort of better identification than a really small icon above your HUD.
