Idk what to do anymore considering quitting

was silver last season and got bronze after provisionals but it seems to get harder and harder to climb from going into games with people who don't care even when you try to help them (because you just want to win) they will lose and not care at all .Im tired of seeing "It's just a game" and it seems that for these people there is not punishment.I agree about it just being a game but I want to climb but they don't care and when I get toxic they want to report me but they are just wasting my time.Especially after I try so hard and i get promos riot purposefully sends me bots for teamates who don't care.Any recommendations?
