I joined a game and as soon as I clicked to move nothing happened.My mouse was working fine and everyone else was moving normally.I had teleport so I teleported to tower and he walked right back to the spawn.I relogged several times and after the game(We lost) I got reported.I found it unfair.Especially since I got low pros.
Actually this happened to me; my league of legends wouldn't load into game until after everyone else was in-game. When I finally got into game I couldn't move out of the fountain. It was like the initial wall around fountain that disappears after 15 seconds wasn't letting me out even though there wasn't any effect for it. I tried flashing over it and I did successfully get over it but it forced me to walk right back into fountain.
I had 2 quit game and reload the game in order to leave fountain.
it is unfortunately a connection issue and for some reason, the servers have a hard time resolving it. I experience it frequently as ATT loves to torture its customers, but typically there is nothing you can do but wait
personally, I think riot needs to buy a PRIVATE server so that they could maintain and regulate it themselves...as it is, I am sure there are damaged sections in the server which fail to route gameplay information
although, curiously, since about a week ago, people have been experiencing much larger latency spikes than usual and much more frequently
