I was not in my account for a while and when I log back on it was permanently suspended

I am writing this because I want justice.I used to play league of legends but I took a break for the summer (approximately 1 1/2 months).When I logged back in at the beginning of September a notification came up that my account was "permanently suspended " for (in essence) toxicity which I thought that this was dumb because I haven't been on my account for a month and a half.Before I stopped playing I left it unbanned.So I message riot explaining to them the entire situation.But I could never get a direct answer.They said they saw no type of compromise but I knew for sure that I was not on the account.

So I had a friend who is good with computers to see if someone had been on my computer.A week later he got in contact with me and told me that the account was being logged on from someone in Maryland by the way I am from the Caribbean.I didn't share any of my account info with anyone so I don't know how that person logged on to my account.But anyway if anyone would check you would see that I'm not lying that account was being accessed by someone in Maryland .Anyway I explained all this to riot but they just keep sending me off topic things that can't directly answer my question or communicate with me properly, until it went to a point where they dismissed my case.I wouldn't care to be honest ,but I spent a lot of money on this game and as a reward I get injustice.A very poor communication system I blame especially since they use bots to answer people.If I don't get justice because this is my last resort I will be suing this game because I am a lawyer and being banned for something that wasn't on my accord after I spent a lot of money on this game is completely unfair and if you want to contact me and message me using bots I will not bother with to reply because it makes no sense.If you thing I am lying check my location during the July-August period and check my location now I was in my country the entire time not in Maryland.For more details you can email me on this account's email because this is the one that was "permanently suspended ".Once again if justice is not found I stand firm on suing riot.
