I think you should look into the rise in banning of accounts

If you didnt notice if you search the play behaviour and moderation board a lot of people are reporting that their accounts are being hacked and played on and i really think you should look into it because its not a coincedence and some of these people are paying customers who spent money and are being hacked without account sharing and people are going on thier accouns and getting it banned for no reason.Its pretty unfair instead of giving automated responses like a lazy company you should actually read what people are saying and try to find a solution because its losing you a lot of customers and it is pretty unfair that after spending all the money and time you lose your account for something not on your own accord.
