~A normal match, but still is there no "proper" matchmaking for normal? Perhaps they hold "unranked" to be a much higher average elo then it should be, bcs this is the second time it does this type of thing in the last like 4 matches and of course I don't win.

Ranked Queue MMR =/= Normal Queue MMR
And since most higher ranking players don't exactly play normal queue "seriously" / "tryhard" to the extent that they play in ranked (I'll personally attest to that), the normal-queue mmr often ends up quite a bit different than the ranked-queue mmr (in the sense that the ranked queue mmr is a lot closer to a player's actual "skill" if it could be numerically represented).
In short, play ranked if you want "fair" games (in the sense that each team's aggregate mmr will be similar to one another), and play normals if you don't mind that the mmr-to-skill ratings are inaccurate, for that queue.
