Best Kog'Maw build?

I've been wanting to try out kog Maw but Idk the best build for him, and I haven't since his w changes got reverted. Any kog players know a good build?

one would assume a build such as item 3153 item 3124 item 3006 item 3085 and hell why not throw in a item 3031 item 3142

none, hes garbage

but tri force, runaans seems to be core, but you can add in a bork, rageblade or w/e
