Can these BORK changes not go through
I understand Lucian is probably too strong at the moment, but these changes will fuck over every adc that wants to build It, like kalista or vayne

Botrk isn't just busted on Lucian, its generally just over tuned for ranged champs.
Except that Botrk is busted on anyone and it alone gives a HUGE spike. Even Caitlyn (and she scales hard with crt and AS) and Ashe (pretty much the same thing) started building it.
So, I'm all for Botrk nerfs.

Jinx's first item became Ruined King, of all champs. I think it needs to hop on out of here.
Bork was mainly meant to be built to counter tanks or anything that isn't squishy due to its %hp damage. It was meant to be a situational item. The fact its built on literally all ADCs right now as well as most AS champs in general shows how broke it is. There is a problem if you have a team of squishys and people are still building Bork when it should be garbage in that case, but it still isn't.
I think botrk needs a nerf, but this is the wrong nerf. Its lifesteal should never have been moved up to 15%. Meanwhile making items have different stats on melee/ranged is hamfisted design. Melee champions should have better scalings in their kits, not having items themselves vary in power on them.
