It's just as broken on fiora and riven as it is on Draven. Stop with these "half for ranged" bullshit posts, it needs to be nerfed for everyone.

Thats odd because Fiora almost never builds it and Riven doesn't build it the vast majority of the time either
If its "broken" then why arent they building it more?
I agree the dot is too strong. Most people notice on the adc part because they're supposed to be high damage and squishy as a payoff whereas bruisers typically have a bit of armor so they're overlooked.
I bet the new deaths dance is disgusting on illaoi.
