Okay. Something needs to be done about Riven.

I don't know why this champion is allowed to have a spammable, high scaling shield (every 3.5 seconds w/ 40% CDR) that gets upwards of 500-600 strength late game. 1.0 scaling with bonus AD and with a full build of Black Cleaver, Death's Dance, Spear of Shojin, Ghostblade/Duskblade, and Guardian Angel she achieves 275 bonus AD. Along with 11 bonus AD in her runes/masteries that she most commonly takes for a total of 286 bonus AD. BUUUUUUUTTTTTT she gains an extra 20% TOTAL AD for 15 seconds upon using her Ultimate so given that her base AD at lvl 18 is 115 and you add 286 from her items she is at 401 prior to R. Then her R puts her at 481 to give her a total bonus AD of 366 for 15 fucking seconds! Her Rank 5 shield has a base value of 215 so add 366 to that for a 581 strength shield on a spammable CD ESPECIALLY WITH SPEAR OF SHOJIN. Not to mention she is hard as shit to burst through Death's Dance bleed passive that just gets applied to her spammable shield and heals for a massive amount through her skills. OH and she also has a 2.7k health pool with the above items at lvl 18. I don't really mind her damage but something must be done about her Cooldowns if you insist on keeping Spear of Shojin and that godforsaken passive it has in the game, and the fact she can get 40% CDR with Black Cleaver and Spear. A champion that difficult to lock down because of her low CD's and high mobility shouldn't also be given so many tools to take an absolute pounding and survive.
